If this were me, I'd save the entire Gamesaves folder somewhere. I know there are some software conflicts with some things, such as Google Chrome for example which caused my PC to repeatedly crash. I haven't this problem anywhere else on this forum. All is fine on the character screen and his body is there but no face! I tried loading a few old saves but he has no face in any of those saves either! The NPCs are all good - have faces.
All was fine 2 days ago but when I loaded the game today I find that Geralt has no in game face. Hilda: I am nearly through my NG+ playing Blood & Wine.
